Lady Evanthia Karalis

Evanthia is somewhat removed from the main Karalis line. Any further removed and she would be part of a more minor cadet branch carved off to manage an estate or two around Trapezus. That is in fact what her parents were already doing; she was raised in significant part in a village in the county rather than in Wayguard as so many are. It hasn't stopped her - indeed, perhaps it has encouraged her - from using her talents to promote the house's interests. She made a point of going to Wayguard once she was of an age to routinely do so.

In early adulthood, she ensconced herself in the house's estate in Sanctuary, and is a routine presence at social functions in the capital. She quickly became a well-established hostess in her own right, and routinely puts different people in contact with one another.

Evanthia is a socialite through and through, though she whimsically applies the term 'meeting facilitator' or other such monikers to herself whenever she introduces herself to people. She is someone who organises other people, or, more precisely, the specifics of other people's social lives. Some might call it meddlesome; she thinks of it as winsome. She's usually all smiles and charm. She does put no small amount of her time into keeping on top of goings-on on behalf of her house, however distant they all are. While she is rather fond of Sanctuary and its constant bustle, she can, with some nudging, be prompted into heading elsewhere to put her talents to use.

Evanthia is an adept socialite.
