Grazyna Sikorin

Plain brown hair is shaved at the sides and often gussied up into intricate war braids and pinned painfully to this woman's skull, though this is where her elegance ends. She is broad as a barn and looks as strong as the horses one might keep within said stable, her limbs packed thick with muscle and her stomach flat as a finely planed board. Her eyebrows are fat as caterpillars and pinched together above her obsidian chip black eyes to gift her the perpetual expression of abject impatience.

Grazyna is a second cousin of Boyar Sigitas Sikorin and older sister of Radek Sikorin. There is just over a year between her and her younger brother. She demonstrated a strong aptitude for the bow and for riding in her youth, and through her early adult years she was routinely placed in charge of small detachments of riders, ranging ahead of whatever larger force they might be attached to or patrolling the environs of fortresses.

She was on duty elsewhere, in a force which also included her brother, when Rasa Sikorin vanished in 629, and was involved in many search parties.

Although many in Lonin pray to totems, Grazyna, in her various visits to Sanctuary and in interactions with Knights Custodian of the Voivode's Rest chapter, has taken an interest in Siegfried and Valon.

Grazyna by now has a reputation as being a highly effective skirmisher, with her handful of handpicked riders having ample experience harrying and delaying beings from the Terror.

Grazyna is bold, blunt and assertive, sometimes overbearingly so. Her younger brother is rather like her in some respects. For her, war is a calling. She is good and she knows it, but she knows that she could be much better still. She constantly looks for ways to hone her ability to fight and to lead. Her focus has been on the small units and the skirmishing which characterise her experience to date, though perhaps in time she shall deem her capacity for that to be satisfactory and broaden her horizons - whether to other, slightly different ways of fighting, or maybe even to matters not related to fighting.

She has an interest, moreso than the rest of her house indeed, in matters beyond Lonin, sparked by the fact that many Custodians have come from the south to the Sikorins' desolate homeland. If war threatens in the south, there is every possibility that she will volunteer.

Grazyna is adept at arms and has a sound grasp of warfare. She has few social graces.
