Exalted Ithobaal Anadun

This man holds an energy in his composition that goes beyond merely being in his youth. His muscle is sinewy and efficient, joining his movement in effortless ease and support. His brows, as dark as the night black sweep of his hair, are thick over his richly brown eyes.

Ithobaal is part of a branch of House Anadun which habitually occupies Min Nome, the ancestral home of the house, rather than its current seat of Summer's Abode. His mother, Milkat, was widowed soon after he was born, when his father Adrabaal was killed in a skirmish with raiders from one of the Plains Kingdoms. As a youth, he had his share of opportunity, but he focused almost fixedly on martial pursuits, to the exclusion of much else. He lacks the experience of veteran warriors, though is intent on making up for it with sheer drive.

Nearly every moment of Ithobaal's waking hours since reaching adulthood have involved fighting. He was present in Min Nome when it was attacked by Tizken, and acquitted himself well in the battle, and sallied to take the battle to the foe when Irreth's relief force arrived. He has sought more and more battle since.

Ithobaal loves a good fight and almost yearns for it as if it's an essential element of his being. He is not interested in most fancy things, or in creature comforts, unless they can enhance his combat capabilities. He desires the best weapons, the best armours, the best pack and combat animals. He has a cause to fight for, of course, which is House Anadun and Min Nome. With many acclaiming Irreth as Beloved of the Sun, he occasionally thinks of himself as a ray of the sun, focused and directed wherever he might need to be.

He would not ordinarily be a frequent visitor in Sanctuary, but his family coaxed him there - perhaps out of concern for his wellbeing - with talk of the mighty warriors present in the city and the great tournament grounds. Besides, to his mind, he might find opportunities to join others in battle there.

Ithobaal is a driven warrior, intent on seeking battle where he can.
