Lucyna Fletza

Ash blonde hair, as straight as a toothpick, descends in an even, thick length to this woman's dagger sharp chin. She is well-kempt and youthful, despite the smattering of crow's feet that sometimes make an appearance at the corners of her frost blue eyes. Her thin, cupid's bow mouth, though not prone to smiling often, could do so easily, given its upward tilt at either side.

Lucyna is a younger cousin than Boyar Jurand Fletza, and a good deal quieter than he is, though that's not much of a bar to cross. She has spent years learning how to function in the political environment of the Commonwealth and of the empire. House Fletza is a significant power-broker in the Commonwealth, but Lucyna quickly came to learn that not everyone finds her cousin to be approachable, or, for that matter, even the slightest bit tolerable.

She has spent some years operating as an intermediary, sometimes between her own house and other nobles, but increasingly, as time as gone by, between groups of people to whom she has no particular relation apart from being acquainted with them. She has travelled just a little, preferring to keep her business to one urban centre or another where she might meet many people at once, most often Sanctuary.

Lucyna is mild-mannered and patient. She waits for people to have their say, and then she might have something to say back to them, or sometimes not very much at all. It is all collated and relayed to the appropriate parties in the end. Sometimes she bears messages, whether from House Fletza or another, and is content to quietly, patiently argue a point in those circumstances, or to clarify points as needed. When she deems a matter to be concluded, she will rarely have anything else to say on it. She far prefers towns and cities to countryside and small villages, and arranges most of her business in Sanctuary when she can, or else in Chelm, and while not working, enjoys all manner of music and art.

Lucyna is a competent diplomat and intermediary, with a way of keeping situations calm.
