Description

This man is of middling height, neither too short nor too tall, and possesses a hearty, well-fed frame. His mouth, quick to grin dopily around a missing front tooth that has been replaced with a gleaming silver insert, is lined heavily with laugh lines between its corners and the swells of his weathered cheeks. His pate is shiny where he is balding and despite the thickness of his limbs and gut, he appears graceful in his agility.

Background

Stavros grew up hungry - hungry for attention, for recognition, and for finery. He was never the best looking, nor the strongest, but having been alive during the abdication, he has always felt a sense of being *more*.

Having been dispatched to the outer reaches of his family's holdings and territories as a youth gave Stavros the wit and prowess to sneak and survive in the barren, hilly countryside. He often protected the herders and miners from whatever aggressors might ail them, and while it was a fine enough job to patrol and occasionally dispatched, he still desired *more*.

It wasn't until Stavros had gained some recognition and fame in his mid-twenties that he had much to do with the dwarves who had their own quarter in Elis. Being lured in by the finery and prestige of the dwarves' wares led Stavros down a path of indulgence in all things fine that he has yet to recover from.

Personality

Stavros is charming and often the life of any party he attends. Though he was trained to be a warrior and to survive in the wilds, he much prefers the sumptuous comforts that his noble life affords him.

Notable Traits

Stavros is a party animal. He is exceptionally social and enjoys any and every reason to celebrate. If ever an opportunity arose for him to leave his martial lifestyle in favor of something softer and filled with more laughter, food, wine, and most importantly good company, he would immediately jump at the opportunity.
