Duchy of Evenwatch

The Duchy of Evenwatch, on the western coast of Elthos, has the mixed fortune of being between the World Ocean, the Shield Heights, Westelth and Wend. It is an old polity, dating to before the First Greytide, and most assume that it was shielded by Westelth, though whether that was due to simple proximity or whatever drives Westelthians to action beyond their borders is anyone's guess.

The ports of Evenwatch are used by mariners who wish to sail around Elthos to take on supplies, because Westelth bars foreign vessels from berthing in its ports.

Evenwatch maintains numerous forts along its border with Wend.
