Realm of Kordris

The Realm of Kordris is a landlocked place in central Elthos along the upper reaches of the Ada. Its people are culturally similar to Adanans, but Kordris is far enough removed from the empire that they have taken somewhat divergent paths. Their languages are mutually intelligible but no longer quite the same. The Cult of Valon does not have the same presence in Kordris as in the empire and he is regard mostly as a mighty follower of Siegfried.

Kordris sits amid many other polities, large and small, and has over many years established a state of cautious peace with most of its neighbours, especially in the wake of an ignominious defeat by adventurers from Norhame and the Iron Counties, exploiting the absence of a Kordrisi defence when a Kordrisi army marched out to press a claim against a county recently departed from the Confederation of the Purple Coast.
