Realm of Norhame

The Realm of Norhame is a large, highly decentralised realm along the northern coast of Elthos. While the Empire of Adana is itself decentralised, the Crown of Norhame exerts little power over even its weaker vassals. The system in operation is more one of loose alliances and otherwise autonomous nobility.

Norhame can generally assemble an army to deal with external threats, however poor its internal cohesion, but the failure to address raids from the Wailing Sea in recent years have called this into question.

The Crown of Norhame maintains an embassy in Sanctuary. Imperial nobility regard the words of Norhame's ambassador as, at best, broad suggestions of what Norhame might do, its vassals permitting.
